The "Master Chef"
I was born 1975 in the Phayao province. My first cooking experience started in 1988 when I was a monk in the temple cooking for myself everyday for 4 years. Later I worked in a restaurant to further my depth of knowledge and skill in the field of Thai cooking for 9 years. During my last 4 years I was head chef conducting my staff like an orchestra. I opened the master Thai chef cookery course in 2000 to pass some of this knowledge on to others. The course has introduced thousands of people from all over the world to the wonders of Thai cooking. In 2004 the master Thai chef cookery course has been recommended repeatedly in The Rough guide. I believe in my Thai cooking experience will pass on to you my extensive knowledge of Thai cooking ingredients, methods, techniques and how to balance the flavors. In my chef hands, you will learn to cook Thai food like a professional. Learning to cook Thai food is much simpler then many people believe and I welcome all to experience the joy of cooking and learn easy recipes that you can recreate at home for friends and family.
